It began in the late 90s, but the Dubbing of Anime then was really bad. Nowadays, there are so many Dub Licensors out there, in many languages, that Anime is already anworldwide phenomena. Pretty awesome, in my opinion. On a side note; My favorite Anime is Pretear It’s actually quite interesting how quick the European parts of the world have begun watching Anime.
